I've been an Alpha tester for Tradeskill Master and one of the features the'd like to implement is a "Networking" module. This module is to automate the farmer to goblin relationship. The farmer will dl the module and it will automatically CoD all farmed items to the goblin. The goblin will open his mail and the addon will accept the CoD. Unfortunately the programmer has RL stuff going on and can't get to it yet. I'd like to win the book to help out the developers.

I haven't done the cards in a few weeks, since the first week of Cata or so. But within one night, back then, I had three 5k winners off selling about 300 cards. I'd say it's more of "random is random" than a hotfix, but I could be wrong. But, yeah, I had a lot of people win early.

+ Sorry for the double post, but it has to be said. That first bit, with "Hagor" and the URL? I laughed my ass off for like 5 minutes. :D Keep it up guys!

First - a positive - Congratulations on the effort you guys have made getting a new wow podcast off the ground.

Now - omg - you guys are going to loose a lot of traffic if your not able to allow anonymous posting, or by name like the Name/URL option on JMTC blog. Hopefully I'm just missing something.

All too focused on one item (& sry, so totally bored of that subject matter) for me to listen to the first, but you had some really good responses to it. I do like the concept of covering off & focusing on one subject for a SEGMENT. Looking forward to getting time to listen to #2.

BG just popped so gtg. You guys didn't sell your souls to Marcko I hope :)
Gratz.

Hey guys,

Glad to see another Podcast dedicated to the AH... so far, pretty decent content... a little tip, careful of how close the microphone is... someone's doing some pretty heavy breathing throughout the entire show. If you can adjust your levels, it'd make listening a lot easier... but I'm glad you guys are doing what you're doing!

Hey guys

Thanks for a great show. I have some tips for the obsidium shuffle. I too, think it is dead boring. Its the worst! I have though pretty much automatized everything so i can go ahead and do other stuff while im doing this boring DEing and other stuff.

First off you need a automouseclicker. I read somewhere that it was against WoW Eula, but hey - I have been using it for almost 6 months without any hassle. Firstly i mainly do DEing as its most profitable on my server.

First of all i need to prospect the ore sitting in the mailbox. You need to setup 2 of the autoclickers. 1 to press your prospecting macro and 1 pressing to open all on your mailbox (with postal addon), so that is every 60 seconds gets new ores to prospect. Leave 10 spaces available for gems. Furthermore i have the tradeskillmaster addon for automically sending the gems to another character. That is only for not filling up your bags too quickly. It might not be a problem but if you, like me, have to prospect about 200-300 stacks at a time, your bags will fill up instantly. The addon automically adds the gems and send it off when the mail is full (12 units). After that you go to the other character and return all the mails.

JC'ing: Pretty simple tactic. Load all the Hessonite, Carnelian and so on in your bags. Have enough Jeweler's Settings to last a long way. Remember you only need 12 spaces in your bags for this. Have the mailbox and the tradeskill open. If you have set up the addon correctly it will automically add the crafted items to a mail and sent it to your DE'er. Pretty slick. Im still trying to figure out how to queue more than 1 item in the list. With this you do have to queue the next item in the tradeskill window.

DE'ing:

Here i have some problems with the automatization (what a word!). I use the addon Panda for de'ing all my stuff but the problem is that Panda and my mailbox can't be open at the same time. So in this case i have to fill the bags, set it to disenchant and come back when bags are empty.

All this saves you ALOT of times and you actually dont have to sit by the computer to do all this. It is of course at your own risk if its breaks the eula.

Best wishes
Mark, Denmark (yes, that small country in Europe)

@bags99

Thanks for catching the comments filtering oversight.

Got it set correctly now. Anon and name/url is working correctly in comment options.

*AWESOME*

Hey guys, Rewt here, from Hearthcast.com, a podcast for Average World of Warcraft Players. Gratz on getting a podcast going, and double gratz for making it a podcast specifically about the AH. I'm glad you're not getting too deep into market-crafting, but I was wondering what your take on "Patch Notes Prospecting" is? One of my tactics is to read the Patch Notes for the next patch, and look for hints or clues as to what might be the next valuable thing coming out on the market... then I buy what I can while the prices are low, and relist them when the patch goes live for a nice profit. Thoughts?

Keep up the great work - I'll toss you a shout out on this weeks Episode of Hearthcast.

Hey guys, loving the podcast, and I can't wait for future episodes!

I was thinking about what addons would be good, and I realised something. Graphs and charts are awesome! There are definitely not enough graphs and charts in my auctioneering addons - if I were to create an addon it would basically take the data from auction house scans, and show it as a variety of charts!

I would love to have charts showing how quantities of things have changed over time, and proper stock market style graphs showing average prices, top prices, bottom prices, etc.

If recount can display the charts it can, in realtime, i'm sure this should be entirely possible!

If I don't win the book, I hope whoever does reads this and makes it a reality :)

Keep up the good work! Got to go now, remember, time is money friend!

Hey guys,

I'd like to enter the contest for the book. There's one thing I'd really like to fix, that the book should be helpful for. I'd like to modify Auctionator so you can set a default time on your sales to 24 hours. I keep forgetting and my first few sales get set to 12 hours, it's my only frustration with that addon.

Small scope for a project, but it makes me curse most every day.

Love the show, here's my idea for the book contest: a better titan panel bag space viewer! The built-in one will change color based on free space, and ark inventory's module will give separate displays for regular and prodession bags. I want both!

I've wanted to explore the possibility of mouse gestures to trigger things, but better to start small.

Great show so far, just a tip, maybe go through the different professions and tell everyone what the best way to make money with each profession is.
As for the contest idea. I think it would be awesome if there was an add on that added a search feature to the guild bank. ex:you could type in enchant, and only enchants and enchanting mats would pop up, and it would also add a tool tip to an item your hovering over and tell you if you have that item in a guild bank or bank. how much you have of that item, and also which tab/bag the item is located in, and it should also work over all characters on the account for those who have multiple bank toons. Thanks, love the show so far.
